He has also served as GM, Nike Team and Niketeam.com where he led the turnaround of Nike’s $500M Team Sports business from double-digit decline into growth while transforming Niketeam.com into a consumer-facing customization platform. Prior to Nike Team Sports, Ben was GM Nike Golf SEA and also held various strategy and business development roles.Prior to Nike, Ben served as a strategy consultant in his role as Case Team Leader and head of MBA recruitment at OC&C Strategy Consultants. At Bates White Economic Consulting, he honed his skills in data analysis, pricing, and risk assessment.In addition to his work life, Ben is the proud father of three, an avid sports enthusiast, and a lifelong learner.
