Performed regular maintenance on client's vulnerability management tools consisting of Qualys, Tenable, and Fortra. Provisioned instances for clients based on their needs, assisted in deploying these tools in client environments, and facilitated client requests for reports, scans, training, and troubleshooting.

Duties: To provide hardware and software support for staff, using windows server, virutal machines, computer diagnostic tools. Order equipment as needed; Research, test, and implement new technologies as needed. Reach out to different vendors for various services such as custom computer orders, software orders and configuration, networking, equpiment movint etc.

Responsibilities at InspiriTec included answering calls from one of the 7000 employees in the PA labor and Industry sector; assessing and documenting technical problems while providing over the phone tech support and allocating said issue to the correct personnel if the issue needed to be escalated. A thorough knowledge of an extensive database of solutions and the company’s resources was needed as well as the ability to keep the caller informed and satisfied with service while trouble shooting was provided. During a call extensive documentation was required to ensure that both future issues could use that ticket as a reference and if escalated, the support specialist would have a detailed description of the issue. We were also tasked with providing follow up calls until the issue was resolved to ensure that tickets would not go unanswered.
