PROJECT HIGHLIGHTSPerformance Improvement & Leadership Training: Servant Leadership Principles Video Training Series: Produced a 10-week video series based on Robert Kiefner Greenleaf’s servant leadership principles, integrating actionable insights for people leaders. Training Outcome: Elevated leadership standards across the organization, driving transformation and excellence through servant leadership principles and Ford Operating System Behaviors. Process Coach and Team Leader Training Programs: Delivered two comprehensive training curriculums to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, maintenance, and environmental performance aimed at achieving zero injuries, zero defects, and 100% flow. Training Outcome: Standardized plant operations, increase quality, reduce costs, decrease attrition rates, and boost overall plant performance.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training Anti-Harassment Training: Managed and coordinated the delivery of $5.8 Million Anti-Harassment Training program to 23 Ford North American Plants from 2022 – 2024, reducing program cost through effective cross-team collaboration.
