My name is Ben Olson, and I am a Baylor Alumnus and current leasing agent at Broadstone Ambrose in Dallas, TX. It is a 325 unit mid-rise and lease-up community just outside of downtown Dallas.I am a Houston native, graduating from Kingwood High School in May of 2003. From there I went on to graduate from Baylor University in May of 2007. After Baylor, I was accepted into a Masters program in Kinesiology at the University of North Texas, bringing me to Dallas. Although I have received exceptional marks in my time at UNT, I have since decided that pursuing that degree is no longer a priority in my life, as the career paths it can lead me to are nowhere near where I want to go. Ideally, I would truly love to get into commercial property development; however, the tumbling economy prevented me from finding any entry-level positions in that industry at the beginning of this year. Therefore, I decided to step into the next best thing, property management. I have been working as a leasing agent at Broadstone Ambrose since March of 2009. During my time here, I have learned a ton, found a high-level of success, and enjoyed working in the industry tremendously.Specialties: Being organized, highly-motivated, and persuasive are the cornerstones for my current position. I create and review lease documents every day. I also use Yardi, On-Site, Bluemoon, and a plethora of online advertising website daily.
