I am currently a first-year student at Indiana University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation as well as a Spanish minor. My enthusiasm for leadership and organizational success is deeply rooted, as evidenced by my roles as the captain of my high school varsity soccer team, president of the DECA chapter at my high school, and participant in a local youth leadership program. These roles have not only honed my leadership skills but also allowed me to significantly impact my teams and organizations. I was able to lead my soccer team to the semi-state championships and revitalize the DECA chapter to its highest membership levels ever. At Indiana University, I am committed to expanding both my professional and personal networks. I am actively involved in the CEO Club, where I engage with fellow aspiring entrepreneurs, and I am a proud member of the Beta Sigma Psi fraternity, which has been instrumental in developing my social connections. These networks have been invaluable, providing me with diverse perspectives and inspiring me to set and achieve higher goals.Looking forward, I am eager to further my engagement by participating in a specialized workshop within the Kelley School of Business. Workshops are crucial for deepening practical understanding of business dynamics in smaller, community-focused settings. Additionally, I plan to enrich my educational experience by studying abroad in a Spanish-speaking country, aiming to enhance my language skills and cultural competence. My ultimate career aspiration is to leverage these skills in a multinational corporation, effectively navigating and managing the challenges posed by Spanish-English language barriers.
