Captive Insurance Companies - I’ve been privileged to work with captives throughout my career. These are great tools for companies to formally retain risk, decrease commercial insurance spend and capture underwriting profits. As a risk manager, they are a good to tool in my risk financing toolbox and something I frequently discuss with clients and prospects in my brokerage capacities.2. OEM Affinity Insurance Programs - I want to change how an OEM’s customers purchase and utilize insurance products. Using data available to an OEM, companies can partner with insurance companies and others to tailor insurance products and delivery systems to their customers’ needs. Data and customer experience are at the core of these transformational programs.3. Menttium Corporation - I have had the privilege of volunteering as a mentor in Menttium’s mentorship program. As someone who benefited tremendously as a mentee in this program, I am profoundly grateful to be able to give back to the community as a mentor and help others grow and develop in their careers.
