Owl Properties has extensive experience in a variety of business environments and with all aspects of commercial real estate including development and asset management, as well as revenue enhancement through sales, leasing and marketing: Grew and diversified a publicly-held commercial real estate company driving its stock price up dramatically; Created a liquidity event for owners of an MPC by significantly increasing lot sales; Developed and managed an asset management program for a private equity group while overseeing hundreds of lease transactions.I have also worked in a major city Mayor’s Office and with Governor’s Offices, State Legislatures and COGs, including as a lobbyist. Focus on urban infrastructure (particularly surface transportation), entitlement and land-use issues; and environmental issues, especially air quality and water.Served on the Board of Directors of two publicaly-held companies (one in the Private Equity space), as well as Chaired the Advisory Board of a biodiesel company - served on numerous not-for-profit Boards. Interested in sustainability issues and social entrepreneurship. Significant media experience and currently serve as a freelance author for ICOSA Magazine, writing about urban issues and social entrepreneurs.

Functioned as chief operating officer of the publicly-held Tower Properties Co. which owned and managed 2.5 million sf of office, multi-family, industrial and parking properties. Responsible for day-to-day management and operations as well as acquisitions, development projects, and the establishment of a 10 block TIF district in the KC urban core. During my tenure at Tower Properties, its stock price rose 150%.
