This also required assembling and coordinating the activities of company internal resources.Developed a company-wide stochastic model that was able to predict asset manager behavior in the face of changing economic or commodity price environments. The business units included in the model were oil and gas exploration and production, oil refining, and commodity trading. As the foundation for this model, I developed a commodity price stochastic simulation. I was able to use this model to predict the business financial performance under various operating scenarios proposed by management. I was also able to evaluate new business ideas such as LNG regasification schemes.Conceived, Developed and Implemented a novel processing scheme for the Hydrodewaxing of a waxy distillate hydrocarbon material. This novel process was awarded a patent by the US Patent Office, US6068757A. Not only did I conceive the idea, but I was able to implement the novel technology in the field. During this multiyear endeavor, I went from conceptual process design, to detailed process design, to economic evaluation and project approval, to construction management, to operations management.
