• Conducted bench testing for tubing and fitting solutions, enhancing system reliability and serviceability
• Tested new cooling jackets made of Nylon PA12 under operating conditions to compare them to their aluminum predecessors.
• Achieved an 18% weight reduction of the system by shortening the loops and integrating sensors into components.
• Analyzed airflow efficiency by assessing pressure loss with particle-intrusion prevention meshes covering the radiators’ fans.
