Bliss Healthcare is a consultative company with a technology backbone called the Bliss CONNECT platform. Start-up from the ground up. Designed, oversaw the build, deployed, supported, developed go to market strategies, and steered the ship of a robust web-based SaaS platform. Administrative backbone of scheduling, payroll, HR, combined with virtually any program and payer model clinical and operational work flow, with EHR functions with claim submission and billing, documentation, physician EMR tool set (SOAP, E-prescribing and ordering, referral management), PHR, patient engagement, virtual health, tele-health, remote monitoring, and care community functions on web and App and hardware integrated systems. Combining Care Management, Care Monitoring, Care Coordination, Care Communication, Point of Care and Virtual Care functions on one modular system.Developed go-to-market verticals based on evolution of healthcare delivery models in CMS, managed care, employee health, direct physician markets, and payer/provider bundled models based on capability of Bliss CONNECT system. Assessed feasibility, scope of work, pricing models and acted as primary clinical contact and product and marketplace specialist. Acted as product “evangelist” speaking at local and national conferences as well as providing C-suite demonstrations. Mobile ancillary diagnostic testing company providing NCV, VNG, and various cardiovascular tests for physicians on a block lease basis in a turn key operation. We provided the equipment, the technician, and the reads. Helped generate better clinical outcomes, helped reduce the need for outside referrals when appropriate, and helped with generating new practice revenue. Focus on PCP/internam ledicine, neurology, and pain management groups.
