• Relocated from Australia to lead the integration of the Rio Tinto Alcan Implementation Program PMO with the IS&T tool sets and methods across the North America region. This role and team developed into a regional support model that facilitated the same functions and services across other IS&T projects in the North American region.• The implementation of the PMO framework in this program involved the customized development of a 2010 MS Project Server and integrated SharePoint solution that supported the existing IS&T SAP Implementation methodology. The solution was interfaced with existing time management, scope management and SAP systems to provide a completely transparent and reportable toolset for both the PMO and customer representatives. This solution (based on Prince2 but heavily customized) and supporting processes was successfully used to deliver the 2012 implementation project on time, 14% under budget (66.1M) and with a level of control and reporting that has benchmarked all following implementation programs globally within IS&T.• Operational responsibilities in the PMO Lead role included the management of a dual region team that supported both IS&T and the customer RTA (North America and Australia) consisting of a multi skilled team of 6 Project Control Officers, 1 Financial Control Officer, 1 Contracts Administrator and 1 Support and Administration Assistant.

In this role i was responsible for the implementation of project management methodology and process at a team and project level. The role involves the scheduling and reporting of multiple SAP based IT projects at one time, and the development and change management aspects of a new organisational structure and project management methodology.This role has been expanded to include accountability of a small team of Controllers that support around 15 Capital projects at any one time, with total budgets around 5 million US.

• In this role I was responsible for the organizations compliance to Australian Defence and International Aircraft standards in maintenance and maintenance operations across a workforce of approximately 200 skilled engineers and multiple maintenance facilities.• I reported directly to the Manager of Maintenance Operations for Qantas Defence Services.

• In this role I was responsible for the record and development of aircraft maintenance plans and project schedules to support the deep level maintenance of the Australian Defence Force C130H and C130J aircraft.
