In my role, I focus on leveraging creativity and available tools to cultivate relationships, which means thinking strategically about marketing, branding, employee engagement and public relations. I believe that, in people and in organizations, true and lasting change occurs from the inside out.In my time with R. J. Corman, a leading service provider for the North American railroad industry, I have had the unique opportunity to plan and implement the Communications program and establish the department. In doing so, I’ve created initiatives to recognize employees’ efforts, streamlined the external marketing and communication, and successfully launched tools to connect the company’s 1,500 geographically separated employees.
