When presented with his daunting three-page task list for the summer, he had no problem diving in head first to get his tasks completed. All of Ben’s tasks were completed with minimal supervision, he sought out any and all available resources when needed and produced first-class products every time. When asked to complete tasks that were outside of his job description, he did so willingly and with a smile. He took ownership of every assigned task and consistently contributed to many large projects, events and client meetings. I believe it’s important to mention that Ben’s internship with us was un-paid and due to his ambitious nature, he chose to work 25-35 hours per week for us while also maintaining a part-time job at a local retail store. He was punctual, consistently pleasant and tackled all of his assignments with pride, dedication and a smile. Personally, I also found Ben to be incredibly humble, altruistic and sociable. He proved many times that he is much like a chameleon in that he can adapt quickly and easily to many different settings without missing a beat. Ben was an asset to me as well as to Curley Direct and he will be an even greater asset to his future employer. He is a team player, a leader and is driven to succeed.
