I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a leading top-management consulting firm with 90 offices in more than 50 countries around the world and over 20,000 talented individuals. We partner with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. After starting my career in 2004 as a consultant at BCG’s Munich office, I spent some years at BCG’s New York and Washington offices before becoming a Managing Director in 2012. I have been part of the Leadership Team of BCG’s Germany & Austria region since 2015, responsible for Marketing and Communications. Since 2018 I have been leading our Public Sector business in Germany & Austria.In my capacity as Managing Director & Senior Partner, I support both private- and public-sector clients, mostly in the field of Healthcare and social services on issues of strategy, digital transformation of processes and organization, digital marketing and sales. Outside my work in the consulting world, I am a passionate movie producer – together with the director Niels Laupert I am running the production company Jumpseat. We produced the movie “Whatever Happens”, which debuted at the 2017 Munich International Film Festival.
