As part of the PE Care team, I am in charge of managing day-to-day operations related to employees in the Latin America and CCA region. Elaboration of labor records, clarifications of payments and receipts of salary, holidays, negotiations with IMSS and INFONAVIT, loading of discharges, hiring and salary changes in IDSE platform, handling of various topics and internal policies related to Compensation and Benefits, Global Mobility, Learning and Development, Goals and Outcomes, Reward and Recognition and Dialog and Feedback. As a payroll OSS, in charge of the review and approval of payroll scattering, gasoline vouchers, groceries and food. In charge of the Onboarding process for new hires. Management and negotiation suppliers for payroll services, migration services, tax services, and other services related to benefit. Management of multiple tools and systems (SAP P24, Success Factors, Taleo, Oracle HR Expert Desktop, etc.)

Specialized in creating solutions for recruitment and selection, evaluation of profiles, market analysis and reporting of costs and impact in project budgets for GSC, RLAM and GFFI Ericsson units in the region. As part of the HR team in Mexico I act as a business partner for all matter related to employees in company:Recruitment and Selection: Profile creation, negotiation with recruitment partners, search of people who match with the profile, compensation negotiations, interviews (screening, deep and trough competences), evaluation, hiring process.Training and Development: Creation of career development plans, annual training plan, development evaluation, risk analysis, attrition reports, tools training. Compensation and Benefits: Creation of Job offer based on policies, negotiation, guidance to employees about them, control and reporting.HR Connection: Support to employee database administration trough SAP tool, running and analyzing reports, and giving maintenance to registers (hirings, dismissals, changes in employment, salaries, etc.) as key user.Others: Event logistic controller, administration of payments to providers, creation, control and report of KPI’s, management of exclusive HR NSN IT tools.

Implementation and development of techniques and items for training courses in services division. Design of templates for presentation based on pedagogic and didactical methods. Development of group dynamics, based on the character of the services. Event logistics. Picking up of profiles for IT and Telecom resources mainly, as part of resources division.
