Senior Management Trainee for the Banking Pre-Sales and Solution Design team.Designed and created the use case of Bust Out Fraud for Credit Cards powered by AI/ML software and Data Warehouse, working together with a domain and technical team.Visioned, designed, and modeled 9 Dashboards (Prescriptive & Predictive) for the Credit Card Analytics Data Warehouse. Each one consisted of a combination of insightful graphs, forecasts, kpis, metrics and detailed reports. Among them are Credit Limit Assignment based on spent analysis, Customer retention forecast, Product demand estimation, Localized sales trends & Payment pattern predication and risk.Pre-Sales Support for LATAM and NA opportunities for Banking. My work consisted in the support for the creation, presentation and demonstration of Banking portfolio and services proposals adjusted to the customer's requirements. The opportunities covered topics and services from performance engineer, payments, frictionless onboarding, digital assurance to digital banking and data. Research and creation of Top Trends Dashboards for Banking in 2022 for 5 regions (EU, APAC, NA-West, NA-East, NA-MidWest) to provide better insights for future approaches. The research was based on 261 banks across the globe.

Participated in the sustainability and technology project focused on the air quality data of Monterrey, which was led by CEMEX, FAMM (sustainable institution), and in collaboration with the Secretary of Sustainable Development of the State of Nuevo Leon. My deliverables were:Developed a technical plan and price quotation to implement a security backup in the cloud of the air quality database server of the Secretary of Sustainable Development. Developed a software application in Python which works as an interface to be able to download efficiently and quickly the air quality data provided by the official website of the Secretary. The app was able to reduce the download work time from one hour to one minute.Created a dynamic dashboard in Tableau for data visualization that shows the history of 5 years of information from the different air quality metrics and shows the top 10 of their highest records. The dashboard had the purpose of enhancing decisions based on data and helping in the analysis of the metrics.

Implemented the E-Commerce site of the company and managed the business ERP. Made updates to the current ERP system and improved the management of inventory, prices, costs and products for a more powerful and competitive use for the company.
