When I began my real estate profession, I quickly realized that the primary reason most businesses fail within 5 years is the first lease is typically a five-year lease. I approach the deal with discussions that include the full scope of corporate services. I am passionate about the aerospace industry and study all aspects of the industry when it comes to real estate, including industrial, retail, office, residential, and land. I consider myself extremely lucky to be an MRED. In addition to real estate projects, I enjoy building or creating things that motivate people to challenge themselves. I specialize in theoretic options and market analysis for economic development in order to fully maximize asset revenue while maintaining a healthy outlook that minimizes business risk. I evaluate existing entitlements to determine what is legally permissible and strategize potential entitlement changes to expand options. Having surveyed for a number of years, I am skilled in determining physical realities of design in 3-dimensional space and have experience with AutoCAD and MicroSurvey. Likewise, I have worked construction long enough to collaborate between construction firms with confidence to realize what may be aesthetically pleasing. I enjoy playing rugby. I have played left wing (11) most of my playing days. I spend most of my morning free time practicing Fukuoka gardening, the art of do-nothing gardening. I enjoy playing billiards and Scrabble in the evenings.
