• Worked hand in hand with the State of Ohio Attorney Generals Office to provide the proper filing information and documentation to citizens of the State of Ohio.• Collected past due tax and worked out account settlements ranging from $50-$100,000+.• Set up and managed all payment plans.• Stayed up to date on all the changes in State of Ohio Department of Taxation rules and regulations.• Filed and monitored wage garnishments, bank attachments, and debtor’s exams with Cuyahoga County and the State of Ohio.• In charge of the file management and system management for the collections department.
