Having grown up homeschooled in a healthy and supportive environment, I've cultivated a strong sense of self-motivation and a deep passion for life-long learning. As a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at Concordia University, I am driven by curiosity, eager to tackle real-world challenges, and excited about applying my skills and knowledge to make a difference.From a young age, I've been captivated by the intricacies of how things are made and how they work. Whether it was hours spent tinkering with Lego creations, devouring 'How It's Made' videos on YouTube, or honing my musical talents for over a decade through consistent practice, curiosity and the pursuit of excellence has always been a driving force in my life.Having finished my 5th semester at Concordia University, I am currently working at SEG Products Montreal as a Jr. Project Engineering Intern for my first of three work placements that I will be completing as part of Concordia University's Co-op Program. I am thrilled about the opportunity to transition from theoretical studies to hands-on, real-world experiences and am grateful for a dynamic workplace that values innovation, problem-solving, and continuous growth.

  Responsible for assisting senior engineers with new product development and helping to keep projects on track, key responsibilities include:- New product sample testing to validate items and provide project managers with key information and important feedback- Customer return investigations to determine potential areas for improvement and monitor product performance- Communicating with factories to resolve and minimize quality and reliability concerns- Task optimization by developing Excel automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks- Helping to prepare product specification sheets to present to customers and submit to manufacturers for quotes
