Global helps people implement their debt settlement plans and regain their financial footing as the payment bridge between consumers, creditors, and debt settlement providers.◆ A new round of capital presented Global with an unfamiliar rapid growth stage. I assessed teams and technologies and improved processes and organizational structure to enable this next evolutionary step for the company. My first task was growing the Software Development organization by 40% and transforming them into a high-performance, distributed team.◆ One of the gaps I identified was Solution Architecture. This critical role was missing, so I created the Solution Architecture practice to ensure our applications and services were highly scalable and available 24x7. This provided better technical solutions and improved strategic planning and innovation.◆ Leveraging product and engineering practices to enhance business value, I created new product offerings, including a software-as-a-service (SaaS) customer relationship management (CRM) system. ◆ Part of reshaping the development team focused on improving DevOps.
