Ben Irwin is the Managing Partner of The Cochran Firm - Memphis office. He is Managing Partner of The Cochran Firm Disability Lawyers, P.C. He is also the owner of a National Media advertising company named PinPoint Media.Ben attended Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama, where he received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he participated as a member of the Advanced Trial Team. As an author, he has written varied articles on racial based discrimination.Ben is a licensed civil trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury, wrongful death, environmental law, and Motorcycle Accidents, focusing on product claims, and complex litigation.Ben is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and NOSSCR. Ben was elected as a County Commissioner in Dale County, Alabama. He also served in the United States Army and worked overseas in South Korea, Germany, and Italy, on Military Intelligence Operations.
