Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. The CAI chapter in Central Florida is one of the biggest chapters in the US. We encompass over 7,500 HOA & Condominium Associations and are dedicated to the volunteer leaders and business partners who support them. Advisory committee to the Board of Directors at Waterford Lakes Community Association, a 3,380 unit homeowners association.The purpose of the Long Range Planning Committee, or LRPC, is to identify future events and their foreseeable impacts, to recommend actions to mitigate disruptions from those events, and to provide a repository for potential future projects and possible ways to complete them.
