- In this role I lead a team responsible for driving improvements in the loyalty (as measured by Net Promoter Score) of our financial advisor clients.- We gather client data, produce insights about the effectiveness of our offers at driving loyalty, and work with stakeholders to design and implement strategies that improve the advisor experience and drive.

- In this role I was responsible for Vanguard's distribution strategy for sales of ETFs and mutual funds to other asset managers, ETF strategists, Turnkey Asset Management Platforms, and Insurance companies.- Assessed addressable opportunities, partnered with sales to optimize our coverage model, and planned for the impact of the Department of Labor.

- Worked with a team of 20 developers to build an overnight conversion process that enabled all of Vanguard's retail investors to seamlessly convert from mutual-fund-only investment accounts, to accounts that could hold funds, ETFs, and other investment types.- Led a team of other project managers responsible for developing direct deposit, check writing.

- Led a team of Relationship Managers, each responsible for serving and cultivating relationships with a book of business consisting of Vanguard's Ultra High Net Worth retail investors.- As part of the UHNW leadership team, I also developed and launched several components of Vanguard's non-product offer for UHNW retail investors.

Led a team of Client Relationship Administrators, each responsible for a book of business consisting of Vanguards high net worth investors.
