Lead Product Designer
CurrentIn my current role as the Lead Product Designer at Voicemod, I report directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), holding the ultimate responsibility for the design and aesthetic integrity of our entire product ecosystem. This encompasses our Desktop Flagship, Mobile Soundboard app, Voicemod Browser Experience (Tuna), and all web properties, ensuring alignment with Voicemod’s strategic vision.Key Responsibilities:- Making decisive judgments on design aspects across all products, ensuring alignment with Voicemod’s vision and user experience standards.- Overseeing the maintenance and evolution of Voicemod brand guidelines, implementing them consistently across all product designs and company collateral.- Conducting thorough reviews and providing feedback on the work of other product designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the design team.- Collaborating directly with the Product Design Manager to ensure project timelines, resource allocation, and overall design output align with strategic business goals.- Supervising the design and consistency of all marketing assets, working closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure alignment with Voicemod’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives.- Operating as the leading creative force within the company, embodying the role of a senior individual contributor who influences product design through expertise, insight, and decisive action.- Demonstrating excellence in execution as an individual contributor by designing Initiatives Of Design (IOD) and crafting high-quality deliverables as part of the Product Design process.
