At Simplicity, I'm fortunate to be able to collaboratively drive the Marketing Team to develop, launch and track high-impact campaigns across a broad spectrum of channels. I'll also develop marketing promotions that improve the membership base and overall profitability by making Simplicity our member’s primary financial institution. I work with the leadership team contributing to our strategic initiatives, inspire the marketing team by providing leadership, guidance and coaching to ensure they exceed member service expectations, achieve performance goals and develop objectives to help Simplicity achieve strategic goals. At Simplicity, there is continuous collaboration and respectful communication between all departments, promoting strong, positive and productive working relationships through the commitment to the company’s core values, vision and mission statements. Data is huge, so it's there's a direct need for marketing updates or reports for staff, management or the board of directors regarding marketing trends, new member campaigns, existing member data, strategic initiatives, etc. All of this is done while managing a marketing budget, expense reports and return on investments. It is the responsibility of everyone at Simplicity to incorporate the credit unions core values: Cooperation, Leadership, Integrity, Creativity and Dependability, all while generating innovative ideas, and creative solutions to challenging problems.
