As the President and CEO of the General Building Contractors Association (GBCA), I leverage my Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, my legal background and government relations experience to advance the interests of the commercial construction industry in the Philadelphia region. I have served in various leadership roles at GBCA, as well as a while working for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. I have developed and implemented strategic plans, policies, and programs that support the growth, development, and safety of GBCA members and partners. I have also fostered strong relationships with key stakeholders, including elected officials, regulators, labor unions, media, and community groups, to advocate for the industry's needs and priorities. Some of my key achievements include securing multiple legislative victories, increasing the visibility and reputation of GBCA, and enhancing the quality and diversity of the association's services and events. I am passionate about building great teams, learning from those around me and driving our organization forward so that we may become a more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative construction industry that contributes to the economic and social well-being of our region.
