• Development of personal and small business websites including e-commerce and content management systems(CMS)• Assistance with technical aspects of clients’ online presence such as platform choices, email, domains, and web hosting• Coordination with UX and design team to ensure clear and precise content

• Security control for student, faculty, and staff accounts (Banner, GOATPAD, SPAIDEN, Active Directory)• Support for University faculty, staff, and student personal computers, along with University owned labs and machines via email, telephone, remote log in, and direct contact• Blackboard Administrator• Support for University portals and web applications such as Blackboard Learn, Blackboard Vista, SharePoint, and Skillport• Formatting and configuration for Windows and Macintosh PCs• Troubleshooting and rectification for Windows and Macintosh operating systems, software, peripherals, and mobile devices (Android Phones and Tablets, iPhones, iPads, Blackberries)• Configuration and support for Microsoft Exchange Server accounts in Outlook, Entourage, Mac Mail, & on mobile devices• Backup and recovery of personal data & email archiving setup with Outlook and Nearpoint• Configuration and support for network connections and Citrix cloud computing applications on PCs and mobile devices• Classroom AV equipment upkeep & troubleshooting via IP intercom• Creation, tracking, and incident management of support tickets• Participation in team meetings aimed at advancing and improving procedures and technologies• Contribution of content and documentation for University knowledge base• Training of new technicians
