I work as the Senior Sales Associate at World Group Commercial Real Estate. I hold my real estate sales license in Nebraska and provide brokerage service to all aspects of commercial real estate including; Downtown Office, Retail and Industrial sales and leasing, development and owner representation, sales and leasing, consulting, as well as buyer/seller representation.

I worked as a property manager for Dial Properties overseeing the Fremont Mall, a major mall with all national tenants, and a 77-acre retail development in Normal, IL. My duties include, but not limited to processing accounts payable and receivable, managing marketing responsibilities for both properties, hiring and coordinating vendors for upkeep and redevelopment. I formulated an annual operating budget to reach our desired NOI, including taxes, insurance, and CAM charges. I have experience dealing with national tenants both on the leasing aspect, as well as, ground leases and land sales.

Worked with Project Manager on development of 204 unit fourplex, Orchard Village on 156th and Q, and 264 unit apartment complex, Autumn Grove. Job duties included managing maintenance staff, coordinating vendors and preparing for site inspections performed by OSHA.
