My Role:Project management through work on Capsules & Exclusives, connecting cross divisionally to ensure capsules are delivered successfully.Execution of seasonal buy in line with the divisional strategy, creating an assortment for the consumer, based on analysis and trends.Creation and usage of Adobe Analytics to monitor and action on performance of, seasonal product, campaigns, and capsule collections.Daily ad-hoc tasks, ranging from refreshing reports, to the creation of excel documents which provide insight into a variety of areas within the business.

JG Pest Control is a top UK pest control business operating from an office in Uxbridge. My role involved working out of a company van, travelling between different jobs assigned by the office, providing treatment on site and dealing with customer queries both over the phone and in person.My greatest achievement in this role:Generating over £2,000 in additional sales through upselling to customers, which also involved an ability to negotiate on the price charged.

The Lygon Arms is a historic 4* hotel located in the Cotswolds, I was situated with the front of house team within the hotel whilst on university holiday. My duties included:• General front of house duties including; serving customers, prepping the restaurants/bars for service, maintaining front of house cleanliness.• Developed an extensive knowledge of the menu and hotel history to aid in customer service.• Given responsibility of running the Spa Bar within the hotel by myself.• Operating EPOS till systems, including open/close and cashing up.
