The Enterprise Architect’s responsibilities, from a technical perspective, requires a strong focus on systems design and integration taking into consideration all existing systems and networks. The Enterprise Architect role also involves increased participation in project management by taking more of a leading role in the prioritization, planning in addition to acting as the primary technical subject matter expert for most systemsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Primary technical architect for the implementation and integration of Cloud and Network infrastructure. • Implements, configures, and supports internal and external enterprise systems and applications in Azure Cloud and on-prem systems• Acts as the primary subject matter expert for most production systems and applications.• Documenting, tracking, and monitoring all work items and resolution activity in the tracking system to ensure a timely resolution.• Taking responsibility for escalated issues of a specialized complexity requiring subject matter expertise.• Senior contributor and mentor for team projects• Maintaining project progress and identifying roadblocks and issues by acting as a scrum master.• Expert level of understanding for the administration of all production IT systems.• Troubleshoots network performance issues• Administers and maintains the IT disaster recovery plans• Advises on systems maintenance, upgrades, and replacements• Defines IT hardware, software, and security requirements for project planning• Project-based research.

The Senior Systems Architect position will report directly to the Director of Global IT Operations. Implimented an Exchange 2010 conversion from Lotus notes.Configured and installed an entire Cisco Network including 5 offices all connecting to a datacenter via a VLPS network with builtin automatic failover of network redundancy via Checkpoint Firewall VPN's.Installed Vmware and converted 80 server into 10 Vmware servers and now are running 150+ Virtual Machines.
