Current- Manage a team of 30 employees to conduct a guest immersion diving and swimming experience.
- Ensure a 5-star customer service experience for ~50 guests/day, with a focus on safety, education andengagement.
- Supervise program content and development, reporting, staff communications, and in-house IT management.
- Maintain departmental budgets for program expenses, computer/AV hardware, and software contracts.
- Developed a cascading track system to train staff on 11 program roles, including videography and editing, customer service, entry-level leadership, and emergency response.
- Lay out guidelines, timeframes, and expectations for program coordinator projects.
