Frichti, Paris' top healthy food delivery service, primarily served a B2C market and wished to develop a stronger B2B offering. Seeking an expert in B2B growth, they brought me in to help them construct, bring to market and scale their B2B offer: Cantine 2.0In this consulting mission, I worked in-house with Frichti's CEO and VP of Marketing and Product to and lead the marketing and creative teams to execute my strategy. The Cantine 2.0 project was a major success becoming one of the pillars of the company's product offerings. Cantine 2.0 went from 0 to 7 figures of revenue in 3 months, and serves as a blueprint for how to open new cities successfully.

The Spendesk marketing team requested my support in a consulting and educational role to accelerate their organic results. While in at the Seires A stage I created the organic acquisition strategy that helped drive demand generation for Spendesk. Results: 53% increase in organic traffic within 6 months.

I was a guest lecturer on the topic of building growth into businesses. I taught HEC MBA students as well as the xHEC program - a joint masters program between HEC Paris and Ecole Polytechnique focused on entrepreneurship.
