CurrentCollaborating with the team at 21st Amendment to shape the future brand of 21st Amendment. • Responsible for helping guide the brand strategy, story, purpose and vision.• Collaborate with internal team to explore future beverages.• Lead, guide and integrate our visual identity system in conceptual strategy, art direction and design.• Guide team through conceptualizing campaigns and working with the marketing manager to activate and measure results.• Collaborate with team on how to improve current marketing channels and explore new channels or campaigns to broaden our audience reach.• Collaborate with team, brand designers, and agencies to ensure the most impactful and consistent representation of our brand in design, videos, customer stories, packaging and other collateral.• Manage design resources, vendors and external teams.• Act as a mentor and motivator that encourages collaboration within the marketing/creative team and cross-functional teams.• Help set and contribute to the goals of the marketing/creative team• Lead and contribute to projects that range across partnerships, corporate branding, events, and branded content to ensures a consistent and strong creative narrative for the brand.
