Early in the pandemic, the "great resignation" was raging and I saw countless individuals feeling disenchanted, unsatisfied, and desperate about how misaligned their lives had become.The sudden contrast of quarantine and the transformed work-life dynamic revealed uncomfortable truths about where values, needs, and true desires were not being fulfilled by the previous status quo.Thus, the mass resignations. The general impulse was that a different job or career was the answer. Unfortunately, I knew that whatever dissatisfaction or unhealthy patterns they'd experienced in their previous jobs, would only follow them to the next one. And the next one after that.Until they finally took the deep, honest, authentic look inside to find their true purpose.Having experienced my own epiphany about purpose years earlier, I understood how transformative discovering one's purpose could be. It was a journey that rattled my world and led me to decipher what purpose meant, how it can transform your experience, and more importantly, how to find it. In 2020, amidst the great pause, my calling became clear. All my work—as a master educator, entrepreneur, coach, healer, writer, and facilitator—coalesced into a single new goal: to help others gain clarity in their purpose so they could feel aligned, empowered, and capable of making a meaningful impact.The Purpose Lab was born.Over the last few years, I’ve developed resources, tools, and spaces to accelerate your purpose work, because the world can’t afford for you to wallow any longer.
