Frozen Food Lead
Current- Head process of sustaining product level in the Frozen Foods department by taking product from cooler to sales floor, opening cases and stocking to shelf in appropriate location
- Order frozen food product by using order machine and scanning shelf tags, and call vendors from outside companies to bring in specialty orders
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, shelving, and floor, to ensure sanitation and OSHA regulations are met
- Monitor expiration dates, keeping product fresh and reduce waste
- Organize others in the department, delegate work assignments, and coordinate with other store departments to streamline workload and maximize efficiency for the store as a whole
- Address the needs of customers as well as advise vendors on needed product and its placement
