Served as Readiness NCO and S-6 Section Chief for HHC, 237th Support Battalion (BSB), 37th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Ohio Army National Guard. Represented the Unit Commander in all day-to-day operations, and managed all human resources and pay actions to maintain unit readiness to execute the assigned mission. Managed Company-level personnel executing the subordinate functions of Supply/Logistics and Training/Operations. Filled this role for the period from August, 2016 until February, 2019 at which time I transitioned to a Logistics Support role with the Battalion Headquarters, S-4 Shop/Ehrman Logistics Center in Cleveland, OH.

Served as Training NCO and Squad Leader for the 812th Engineer Company (Sapper), 216th Engineer Battalion, 16th Engineer Brigade, Ohio Army National Guard. Facilitated planning, preparation, execution, evaluation, validation and recording of all training results to maintain unit readiness to execute their assigned mission. Performed duties through preparation and execution of a JRTC Rotation at Ft. Polk, LA in July, 2016 and continued in the position through the unit re-flagging to A CO, 237th ENG BN (BEB) and transition to a new Command. Filled this role for the period from April, 2015 until August, 2016 at which time I was selected for promotion and relocated to a new role in Cleveland, OH.

As Signal Support Systems Specialist, responsible for design, implementation, security, unit level maintenance and troubleshooting of all communication systems in a combat oriented military unit. As Troop Level NCOIC of Communications, was responsible for supervision, direction and management of Junior Enlisted personnel. Also responsible for development, implementation and supervision of Communications-related training modules for all unit personnel.
