Throughout my career, I’ve focused on identifying and solving challenges that drive progress. I began as a 4th-generation electrical contractor, spending 10 years immersed in the complexities of a service-based business. By year eight, I identified a persistent problem in the construction industry: managing human assets. That insight led to founding a software company to address this need.What began as a bootstrapped venture grew into a high-growth business supported by strategic investment to scale and expand. Over seven years of 100%+ annual growth, the company became an industry leader and was ultimately acquired by a publicly traded company. Following the acquisition, I oversaw the integration of my business and later served as an Entrepreneur in Residence, supporting construction-tech founders.These experiences provided firsthand insight into nearly every aspect of building and scaling a business—from profit-driven to growth-oriented strategies and wholly owned to investor-backed structures. They also deepened my understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face, from launching and funding a business to managing growth and making critical, high-impact decisions.Today, those lessons are channeled into helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams navigate obstacles, unlock growth opportunities, and build impactful, sustainable businesses.
