In my role at ECB I was responsible for the delivery of digital products to the Recreational Cricket Network across England and Wales.Some of my primary tasks in delivering tools to this complex stakeholder network included:- Working with multiple third party providers, using agile methodologies to maintain and improve existing systems.- Conducting RFP processes (including creating requirements) to select vendors that would develop new tools for the cricketing community.- Working in a cross-departmental team to champion digital change, and ensure alignment of objectives and efforts between various business units of ECB; and- Preparing data from various sources for presentations within ECB and to external groups.An additional stream of work within this role was developing a Future Vision for Recreational Cricket that was coordinated with the broader digital objectives of ECB. This also included a program of work and strategy on how to achieve this vision.

‘MyFootballClub’ is the brand that encompasses FFA’s suite of digital products offered to the grassroots football community.In this role, I managed a 3 person product team to achieve growth of existing properties as well as the development and implementation of new nationwide initiatives, contributing to the overall business strategy of FFA.Key achievements during my time in this role included:- Delivering FFA’s national online participant registration and CRM platforms that surpassed annual targets each year across our three KPIs of Overall Users, Self-Registrations and Payment Gateway Revenue.- Project managing the development and implementation of new national platforms for Coach and Referee education, which increased data capture and allowed for new KPIs that measured the efficiency of football administration.- Aggregation of data across all football participant touch points for analysis and presentations to FFA Senior Management, Member Federation CEOs, Australian Sports Commission and Commercial Partners.
