I help the electric power industry solve infrastructure reliability and resiliency challenges. I have more than 25 years of experience in the power industry, ranging from business development, marketing, engineering, testing, and consulting to utility operations, engineering, and executive management.I am also the immediate past Chairman of the Board and current Member of the Power Delivery Intelligence Initiative (PDI2), a think tank promoting life-cycle-analysis-driven distribution and transmission investment across North America. I am a senior member of IEEE PES and ICC, and a voting member of DEIS, IAS, ACP and CIGRE. I have chaired IEEE technical committees associated with power system reliability, protection, and testing, published over 100 papers, articles and technical conference contributions on the subjects of power system reliability, asset management, design, work practices, longevity and diagnostics, and I am a regular guest speaker at numerous conferences and seminars.
