In October of 2020 I founded Gem Mint Holdings LLC as an alternative investment fund. Gem Mint Holdings offers investors access to a niche market of investments in a pooled investment vehicle. I started this fund from the ground up, growing from an idea inside my head to a pitched proposal that raised a quarter of a million dollars in 6 weeks. Since then I have returned value to our investors through dividend and share value growth, using self developed quantitative models to identify opportunities to exploit. Because there is nothing proceeding Gem Mint Holdings in this space, every day brings a new problem to solve and a new challenge to overcome.

Assisted in countless negotiations and presentations with landowners for purchase of their impacted parcels. Implemented new concepts that used modern technology allowing for a greater capacity of overall production, ease of information sharing, and increase in time spent doing profit related work activities. Worked as the Team Leader or assisted on projects all over the United States. These projects required a vast amount of team work in small and medium sized applications. Traveling to many different counties (parishes) also allowed for the learning of a vast array of different record systems to complete complicated chain of title abstracts.

Formulated a budget friendly digital marketing campaign utilizing search engine optimization and new concepts in social media platforms for website traffic growth and brand development.
