- Assumes an integral role in business development and holds responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients- Responsible for the development and achievement of new clients through direct and channel sales- Responsible on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business- Acts as the key interface between the clients and all relevant internal teams

- Determined functional and non-functional requirements for new solutions or applications- Used tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product- Developed high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility- Managed project timeline and deliverables to ensure consistency with initial design- Delivered high-quality proposals for scoped business requirements of target clients

- Conducts fundamental requirements gathering, research and analysis, and system design reviews- Works with Product Managers, Product Analysts, and the Project Manager to identify and document the vision and the scope of the Project. Breaks down high-level Business Requirements and User Requirements into Functional Requirements. - Designs screen mock-ups, and defines the corresponding attributes, interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements- Participates in requirements walk-through and collaboration with the developers in order to identify technical limitations and ensure that the requirements are feasible

- Convert moderate-complex Solution Design specification into Functional Design specifications- Prepare and hold client walkthrough presentations of proposed solutions with Business Analysts and Architects- Participate in client workshops with Business Analysts and Architects where solutions and scope are discussed - Investigate defects raised by client and come up with solutions based on functional scenarios.- Provide high-level estimation for Technical Design and development based on Solution Designs

- Convert moderate-complex Functional Design Specifications into Technical Designs- Perform functional reviews during design and development phase- Develop/review detailed estimates for design and development phase based on functional requirements- Create Functional Test Specifications based on Functional Designs and perform estimation and review of teammate’s Functional Test Specifications

- Convert moderate-complex Technical Design specifications into high quality working code within agreed budget and time frame- Deliver unit test plans, release details, and configurations that go along with the developed code
