During conceptual phases of the project I develop feasibility studies, options appraisals, and business cases; collaboratively with Finance, IT, HR and the business.During the design phase of a project I work with the business to understand the As-Is state and the desired To-Be state. I elicit, document, and socialise requirements to ensure the project is able to develop the desired solution.
