Ben specializes in working with athletes, performers, and businesspeople on maximizing their potential through mental training. He helps individuals, teams, and organizations optimize their mental approach to training and competition by teaching evidence-based mental skills and techniques.Ben is a certified mental performance consultant and licensed mental health counselor. He works with Fordham University and NYU Athletics and multiple other NCAA teams including the Baylor Football program. He also works with the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) Mental Performance Initiative and delivers mental performance workshops for business organizations across the country.Previously, Ben worked for the mental skills group of the Boston Red Sox and as an assistant baseball and football coach at Williams College, where he was also a two-sport varsity athlete. Ben also worked for nearly a decade at a summer camp for children ages 5-12.
