During my time at Loon Medical I have helped develop new sensors to be used by caregivers to monitor patients within their own homes. While at Loon Medical, I have:-Created 3D and 2D drawings of mechanical medical device assemblies and pressure sensors-Had experience in changing 3D and 2D drawings in response to design reviews-Brought product from early idea phase through prototyping, testing and manufacturing to market-Worked with peers to estimate the cost and timeline for developing prototypes of new sensors-Validated functional prototypes of sensors based on existing Design Requirements Specification-Designed and wrote simple production procedures for in-house production-Communicated with manufacturer to build production samples and initiate small production runs of sensors and turn-key PCB assemblies-Inspected production sample units and communicated desired changes with manufacturer-Used FMEA to evaluate new products for potential faults, their severity and how to avoid them-Initiated DCRs for new products-Worked with a team to troubleshoot basic electronics-Tested iOS/Android device applications and submitted change requests based on testing results-Reviewed patent claims covering developed sensors and electronics-Kept sensor inventory up to date and maintained customer list with contact information-Worked with team to generate 3D models and pictures of products for marketing purposes

Co-author of paper titled: "A Neural Control Model for Horizontal Visual, Auditory and Auditory-Visual Bisensory Stimuli Elicited Saccades" The paper is currently available as an article in press (as of March 2016) in the Journal of Bioengineering and Biomedical Science.My responsibilities included:- Data acquisition from eye movements of human subjects- Performed data processing and analysis using Microsoft Excel- Met weekly goals for data acquisition and processing- Organized and presented results at weekly team meetings
