I am a second-year Human Capital Management and Leadership student minoring in Supply Chain and Operations Management enrolled in the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. My on-campus involvements include being a member of the Black Leadership Coalition, as well being the Polemarch (President) of the Kappa Delta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. This past summer, I successfully completed an internship at Rocket Mortgage in Detroit, MI as an Administrative Sales Intern, where I worked directly under the Executive Vice President of Mortgage Banking to gain a deeper understanding of the Mortgage Business. I gained insights on mortgage financing, origination, underwriting, and leadership. Through my short time in the Farmer School of Business, I have gained experience and knowledge that will positively impact my future business endeavors. Through the school’s First-Year Integrated Core program, as well as a number of other business courses, I have gained proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and programming languages SQL and Python. I have also developed strong public speaking, collaboration, and critical thinking skills while solving a real business problem with team members and presenting our solution professionally.Prior to my Spring 2026 graduation, my areas of focus will include securing business, finance, and HCML related internships, leadership development, personal growth and achieving academic excellence.
