The first 18 years of my career was spent designing compliant and appropriate employee benefit plans for a wide variety of employers across the state and country. My time at Rose Street Advisors as a Relationship Manager has allowed me to build strong relationships with a core group of local clients and their employees, really getting to know their needs, and working together to find benefit options that meet as many of those needs as possible. I also strive to make employee benefit education informative and entertaining. I love to see employees awake in my benefit meetings, laughing at my corny jokes and seeing the lightbulbs go off on how to choose the most appropriate benefit plan for their family. Being part of a dedicated team for each client to address questions and concerns that come in throughout the year is also really fulfilling. Everyone deserves to have a local team of experts that specifically design and manage their benefits, educate their employees and provide in-depth, ongoing assistance when needed.
