This position involves lots of customer interaction and requires great communication and customer service skills as well as attention to detail. First, I set up an escape room full of puzzles riddles and clues for a group of guests to come and solve! I then greet the guests and go over the rules. While their playing the game I monitor them over cameras to offer help and guidance when they ask for it and to prevent them from breaking things. After the game is over I'll talk to them about how it went, bring them back to the lobby, and help them take a picture with their escape time. My duties also include maintenance on the games and the building.
