• Manage and lead a team of individual contributors consisting of analysts, geologists, and engineers• Responsible for production, development, depletion, and cash flows for multiple oilfields• Evaluate and make recommendations on alternative energy projects such as cogeneration, solar electricity, and solar thermal applications• Report to management on objectives and progress regarding key performance indicators • Optimize depletion plans for multiple reservoirs• Evaluate expected recovery, reserves volumes, and economic viability of projects• Conduct technical reviews of steamflood and waterflood performance• Prepare technical presentations summarizing current performance, look-back analyses, depletion plans, and economic evaluations

• Manage production operations for multiple oil fields in Kern and Los Angeles Counties• Implement thermal recovery strategies for secondary oil recovery• Design stimulation packages to remediate wells with scale and corrosion tendencies • Assisted Facilities and Operations teams in managing multi-million dollar budgets• Design workover and re-completion programs for failed or underperforming wells
