We provide services for artists working in digital and physical media to organize and maintain their artwork collections and records related to their art businesses. We work with artists individually and make suggestions based on their needs and criteria.

Provide web-based research support to company CEO as well as a team of consultants and analysts in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) field. Develop complex search strings to help facilitate market surveillance of key biomedical companies. Gathering and tabulation of data including product-based medical research, product launches, and health care technology trends. Identify, evaluate, and acquire information resources to help the professional staff stay abreast of market trends. Perform information audits on the company's information resources and information gathering methods.

Provided research support on a project-related basis. Scanned and edited industry-related literature. Cataloged industry-related literature in a DuraSpace-based digital repository. Distributed biomedical industry articles and periodicals to staff members.

Digitized 3000 images in 120 monographs through the use of copy-stand photography and scanning. Edited and cataloged visual materials for Visual Resources department; assisted Visual Resources staff in maintaining image database.

Implemented weeding and collection development based on ALSC and YALSA book lists. Reorganized juvenile and young adult collections. Provided reference to patrons. Performed basic library functions.

Processed and cataloged photographs for archival purposes.

Sole processor of 200 serial titles. Assisted in processing/shipping of 1300 archive items for off-site storage. Responsible for 340 orders made by patrons purchasing copies of historical NFPA documents. Provided telephone reference to the fire and safety community; performed basic circulation and inter-library loan functions.

Processed all interlibrary loan circulation. Participated in a long-term effort to standardize the entire catalog with the Central Massachusetts Regional Library System. As a result of this and other improvements to both the loan process and the collection, circulation of local items to other libraries increased by 230% during my time in this role; incoming circulation of other libraries’ items requested by local patrons increased by 400%. Active participant in the planning and execution of evening/weekend events and performed basic circulation duties.
