Provides assistance to MCCS employees on benefit plans and services, accuracy of eligibility, payroll deductions, employee records and develops cost control procedures. Perform complex clerical duties while serving as the subject matter expert in the areas of health insurance, benefit plans, life insurance, 401 (K), FSA, EAP, long term disability, NAF retirement, leave plans and/or other benefit plans, workers’ compensation, rewards & recognition programs, Length of Service Award Program, Leave Donation Program, annual performance reviews, FMLA, FFLA, Casualty Assistance Call and HIPAA. Serves as the company’s workers’ compensation administrator to include working closely with insurance adjusters, managers and employees in matters of workplace injury to include but not limited to the processing claims, fit for duty certificates, light duty restrictions, leading indicators, preventative safety measures and corrective actions in partnership with the Safety department.
